How ordering works, edits, cancellations, and checkout basics.

If your order has not entered production or shipping yet, we can usually update it. Message us as soon as possible with your order number and what you want changed.

We can cancel if the item has not been made, packed, or shipped yet. Custom items may not be cancellable once production starts.

Yes, when available you can add a note at checkout. If you do not see the option, message us and we will do our best to include one.
