Shipping time depends on your location and the shipping method selected. In stock items usually ship fast. Custom items take longer because they are made for you.
Most custom decals, shirts, and prints have a production window before shipping. We will message you if anything needs approval or extra time.
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking by email or in your account order details.
First check around your delivery location and with neighbors. Then contact the carrier with the tracking number. If you still need help, message us and we will assist.
Returns and Refunds FAQs

Unused, non custom items can typically be returned within a reasonable timeframe. Custom made items are usually not returnable unless there is a defect or mistake on our end.
Message us with photos of the packaging and the item within 48 hours of delivery. We will make it right with a replacement or refund when appropriate.
Send us your order number and a photo of what you received. We will correct it as quickly as possible.
Refunds are issued back to the original payment method once the return is approved or the issue is confirmed. Processing times can vary by bank.
