Return & Damage Policy (Polo3D)
At Polo3D, many of our products are made to order or customized, and we take quality control seriously before anything leaves our shop. Because of the nature of our items, we keep our return policy straightforward and fair.
All Sales Final
All purchases are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges, including but not limited to:

Custom and made-to-order 3D prints
-
Apparel (t-shirts, hoodies, etc.)

Vinyl decals
-
Retro games, toys, and collectibles
We do not accept returns for reasons such as wrong size, change of mind, ordering the wrong item, color/finish preference, or normal wear and tear.
Damaged in Shipping (Eligible for Replacement)
If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, we will replace the affected item(s) as long as:

You notify us within 7 days of delivery, and
-
The damaged item is returned to us within 7 days after we provide return instructions, and
-
The damage is verified based on the information you provide.
How to Report Shipping Damage
To get help quickly, email us at [support@polo3d.com] with:

Your order number
-
A clear photo of the damaged product

A photo of the shipping box (including the label)
-
A photo of any packaging material inside the box (if applicable)
If the carrier requires an inspection or claim, we may ask you to keep the packaging until the process is complete.
Return Process for Damaged Orders
If your claim is approved:

We’ll provide return instructions (and any required return authorization).

The damaged item must be shipped back to us within 7 days of receiving those instructions.

Once received and verified, we will ship a replacement as quickly as possible.
Important: Items returned without authorization or outside the allowed timeframe may be refused and returned to sender.
What We Don’t Cover
We can’t offer replacements for:

Damage caused after delivery (drops, misuse, exposure to heat, water, chemicals, pets, etc.)

Normal wear, fading, or minor cosmetic variation

Fitment/compatibility issues when measurements or model specs weren’t confirmed
-
Shipping delays once the package is in the carrier’s possession (but we’ll help you track it)
Address Errors / Undeliverable Packages
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for the reshipping cost.
